The RAG flow at a glance
RAG: answers from your own source
RAG stands for Retrieval-Augmented Generation. Before the AI answers, it first looks up the right passage in your documents and bases the answer on that. It also names the source.
pgvector: making your knowledge searchable
We turn your documents into vectors (a mathematical fingerprint of their meaning) and store them with pgvector in a PostgreSQL database. That lets the employee find the most relevant passage in milliseconds, even when the question uses different words than your document. PostgreSQL and pgvector are open source: your knowledge lives in a system you can run and take with you.
