SevenTwin

A digital twin of your factory you can walk through

From three dimensions and a short description, SevenTwin builds a complete industrial building straight in your browser. Within minutes you walk through it as in a game, see machines with their own status and connect the data from your installation. No installation, no heavy software: a link is enough.

A walk through the hall, with daylight through the roof lights.

The roof from outside: 648 panels on 36 tables, with roof lights between them.
Close up on the roof, with the sun on the panels.
Just inside: switch cabinets, a tank and the first workstation.
The production line, with tool board and racking behind it.
The shop floor with floor markings, pallets and safety gear on the wall.
A fenced cell on the shop floor, with crates on trolleys beside it.
The hall across its width: conveyor, safety fencing, overhead door.
From the other side, with roller door and crates on pallets.
The warehouse: pallets, racking and the drive aisle between them.
The aisle along the racking, with daylight in bands across the floor.

To us, a twin is a recipe, not a drawing

SevenTwin does not store a pile of drawing work but the recipe of your building: dimensions, data connections and scenarios. The model is rebuilt from that every time, so iterating is easy.

Three levels of depth

You do not need everything at once. Every twin starts with showing and grows along as you want more out of it.

Level 1

Show

A static 3D twin of your building: navigable, walkable and presentable. For showrooms, sales, onboarding and permit processes.

Level 2

Connect

The twin at process level: live data from PLCs, IoT and APIs. You follow machine status, orders and processes in the model instead of in separate screens.

Level 3

Predict

Simulation and optimisation: run scenarios, spot deviations earlier and steer on what is going to happen instead of what already happened.

Not a movie, a computed model

Three things SevenTwin does differently from a 3D visualisation.

The sun really computes

Solar position, irradiance and annual yield come from a computed model, not from a table. The shadow you see on screen and the number in the panel come from the same calculation.

The chain runs through to the product

In an energy installation, solar power goes in and the end product comes out, including minimum load, modulation and auxiliary equipment. You see not just what it looks like, but what it produces.

The system remembers corrections

Every adjustment applies to that building, forever. And after enough buildings, the default assumption for the building type shifts along. The platform gets better with every project.

Walk through it yourself

Walk, run, jump, take the stairs to the mezzanine. Machine cabinet drawers really slide out, and an open drawer really blocks the aisle. Displays in the hall are readable and every machine has its own status: running, stopped, fault or maintenance.

Live data from your own installation

SevenTwin connects to what is already running: PLCs (Siemens S7, OPC UA), Modbus, MQTT brokers, IoT gateways, SCADA packages, ERP and your own APIs. Everything comes in through a secured, validated data intake.

Readings that are impossible do not get in

Every reading passes physical checks before it is allowed on screen. If a cabinet reports more production than its power allows, the reading is rejected, with the reason attached. In the hall you can see per machine whether data is live, stale or simulated.

Photorealistic stills and film

The same twin, but with the light fully computed. For images your website, presentation or permit process can carry. You export film yourself, in landscape, portrait or square.

What SevenTwin is used for

Production and factory

Your line, your machines and their status at a glance, even when you are not on the floor.

Warehouse and logistics

Racking, loading zones and dock doors, computed for what fits and how traffic flows.

Energy and hydrogen

From solar roof to buffer: yield, consumption and storage computed across a full year.

New builds and extensions

Walk through your building before anything is built and compare variants before you decide.

Partners, licensing and white label

We are happy to deploy SevenTwin for your organisation, but you can also take it to market yourself. We work with external partners: machine builders, system integrators and consultancies. SevenTwin is available under licence and as a white label, with your brand on the viewer and our technology underneath.
