Virtuagym costs €200+ per month and feels corporate. GTSports disappears behind their branding. G. Tel wants something that feels like GTSports, not like "yet another platform".

Build it for GTSports first. Make it perfect for their kickboxing school. Only then scale to other sports and trainers. Test everything in practice with real members.
After
14 days later: GTSports runs on MoveTogether. Their domain, their branding. After validation at GTSports: ready for other sports schools and personal trainers.

From concept to working prototype.
Discovery with GTSports kickboxing school
We talk to trainers and members. What goes wrong? How do people sign up now? How do they check in? We map all frustrations: double registrations, missed payments, chaos at the door.
White-label architecture design
How do you make one platform that feels like hundreds of different gyms? Tenant model: every gym has its own domain, branding, data. MoveTogether disappears into the background.
Member management and subscriptions
Database design for members, subscriptions, payments. Recurring payments, free trial periods, family memberships. Flexible but not complex.
Group classes and sign-ups
Schedule builder for trainers. Members can sign up. Max capacity, waiting lists, automatic reminders. The system knows who should be where.
QR code check-in system
Every member gets a unique QR. At entry: scan, green check, done. Trainer immediately sees who's there. No more name-list checking.

Overview: who has paid? Which classes are full? Who needs renewing? Everything in one place. No more Excel needed.
Payment integration
Mollie and Stripe integration. Automatic direct debit, invoices, reminders. The money comes in without the trainer having to think about it.
Notifications and communication
Class in 1 hour? Push notification. Subscription expires? Email reminder. Trainer wants to announce something? Broadcast to all members. Smart and opt-in.
Custom branding per tenant
Upload logo, choose colors, set domain. In 5 minutes every gym has their own branded experience. MoveTogether logo? Nowhere to be seen.

Roadmap: perfecting at GTSports, then rolling out
The product is 1 month old and runs only at GTSports. The coming months: constantly collect feedback from G. Tel and his members. Fix every bug, optimise every workflow. Only when it works perfectly at GTSports do we go to other sports schools. Marketing happens by word-of-mouth: trainers who know GTSports and see how well it works.
1 year later
Vision: affordable alternative to Virtuagym and Appybee
In a year we want MoveTogether to run at 25+ sports schools and personal trainers. Every gym fully white-label, own domain, own branding. The platform scales along, stays affordable, and stays invisible. We grow organically: every new gym is a reference. No big marketing campaign, but proven value at users like GTSports.
