SevenTwin is built on a simple principle: what you see must match what is computed. This is what is under the hood.

In the browser, no install

The viewer opens with a link, even on a building site without a fast connection. What you see is built on the spot: no gigabyte download, no licensed software, no separate workstations.

It behaves like the real thing

The same test gives the same answer twice. In the gravity test, 350 machine cabinets land on the floor with a largest deviation of 1 millimetre.

Computed simulations

The solar model computes solar position, irradiance and cloud cover. The energy chain runs through 365 consecutive days, including part load, compression and buffer level. Results can be checked against reality, and that is exactly the point.

Integrations

Live data comes in through a secured, validated intake. Among others, we connect to:

  • PLCs via OPC UA and Siemens S7
  • Modbus TCP
  • MQTT brokers and IoT gateways
  • SCADA and ERP systems
  • REST APIs and custom integrations

Every reading is checked

A timestamp from the future, power above what the machine can handle, more production than nature allows: such a value is rejected and named, not quietly averaged away.

Your data stays yours

Every organisation gets its own keys. The twin can run with us or on your own server. No vendor lock-in: the recipe of your building is just data, and data is portable.
